Magswitch Automation Company dba Magswitch Technologies seeks Chief Executive Officer.

Location of Employment: 1000 S. McCaslin Blvd., Ste. 301, Superior, CO 80027. Position allows occasional remote work. 30% travel to Germany, China, and India.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration or related. 24 months experience as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Group Operations Manager, or related, and must include the following skills: Supply Chain Management; Artificial Intelligence (AI), Systems, and Digitization; Executive Leadership and Marketing Management; Mergers and Acquisitions; and Business Operations and Corporate Governance. Skills can be obtained through education, training, or work experience.

Duties: Determine and formulate company policies. Provide overall direction of the company within guidelines set up by executive team and board of directors. Lead a strategic transformation in the following areas: AI integration across the organization, sustaining a digital emphasis in sales and marketing; developing a decentralized strategy for Global Manufacturing and Distribution; company expansion through the identification of strategic targets and involvement in M&A activities to increase market share.
