Provide administrative support to HR life cycle administration activities for screening, recruiting, on-boarding, status changes, and terminations. Maintain employee records, data, lists, and other important documentation in compliance with policy or law and prepare all associated documentation; update relevant databases. Coordinate communications with applicants and employees and serve as a liaison between departments. Conduct phone screens; manage job descriptions, applications and postings; schedule interviews; and assist with new hire orientations. Prepare documents, announcements, or other communications for dissemination to employees. Distribute communications as needed. Maintain electronic communication boards. Prepare tables, graphs, and written reports summarizing research results using data/statistical analysis to guide hiring decisions, forecast future HR needs, optimize recruitment processes, assess employee productivity, workforce planning, and legal compliance. Coordinate employee benefits. Use quantitative research skills and evaluation methods to analyze employee performance, management processes and workflow to improve productivity, training and company procedures. Coordinate company training and workplace safety, including sexual harassment, diversity and discrimination at workplace. Gather data from employees in different departments and transfer it to a quantitative form to analyze and present to the leadership team with recommendations.

Two years of experience as a specialty inspector in Human Resources, including recruitment, selection, training, employee payroll and the development of data/statistical analysis to guide hiring decisions, forecast future HR needs, conduct workforce planning and ensure legal compliance. Background check and drug test required.

Requires: a U.S. Bachelor or foreign equivalent degree in human resources, legal studies, or a related field.
