Job Description: Client is looking for a Senior Data Designers ( Snowflake + Data Modeler) 6-7 years experience as a minimum. Financial services background. Understands Application Design preferably form a Full Stack perspective. Experienced in 2 or 3 Tier Views Relevant DB knowledge. Will be expected to look at solutions such as CAT which undertakes 300-400 million Trades per day and has a regulatory reporting requirement. Expected to produce models that will improve throughput and processing within the Application whilst maintaining the legal requirement is met. Group undertakes a lot of work/ reporting with DTCC producing 20-30 Data Sets, looking for support at grouping those Datasets to improve MIS. This role is envisaged to be application specific and bringing about improvement within those applications and not an enterprise oriented role. They suggested a Senior BI guys who has been working on applications such as Qlik or other similar apps maybe suited to what they are looking for.
