Roles and Responsibilities:

Conducting group fitness classes and training sessions for members.

Developing and implementing exercise programs based on individual goals and

abilities.

Instructing and demonstrating proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.

Monitoring and motivating members to ensure safety and adherence to fitness

programs.

Providing guidance and support to members in achieving their fitness goals.

Educating members about nutrition, wellness, and overall health.

Tracking member progress and maintaining accurate records.

Assisting in the maintenance and cleaning of fitness equipment.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research.

Conducting fitness assessments and consultations for new members.

Skill sets:

Strong knowledge of exercise science and fitness principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire individuals.

Knowledge of proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.

Ability to adapt exercises for different fitness levels and abilities.

Basic understanding of nutrition and wellness principles.

CPR and first aid certification (recommended).

Ability to work in a team environment.
