As a Voice Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through voice calls. This is a full-time position based in Sikar, Rajasthan, India. Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through voice calls
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate resolutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
• Adhere to company's defined service standards and targets
