About Us:
Prodokraft is excited to offer an opportunity for an HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation. This internship is a valuable stepping stone for those looking to gain practical experience in human resources management.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with the hiring team. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
HRIS Management: Utilise our HR Information System (HRIS) to maintain accurate records of employee data, update
employee profiles, and track HR-related information. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Internship Program Management: Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for other interns. Act as a point of contact for interns, providing support and guidance throughout their internship journey. Employee Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of employee documentation, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
Compliance and Policies: Support in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to HR
matters. Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
Employee Engagement: Participate in organising employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance team morale.
HR Reporting: Assist in generating HR reports and analyzing HR data to support decision-making processes and identify trends. Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Detail-oriented and organised, with a focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HRIS or HR software is a plus.
Duration: 3-4 months (flexible)
