We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Duties

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and provide information about products or services

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues

- Conduct outbound calls for various campaigns

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

Experience

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers

- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications, primarily Microsoft 365.

- Previous experience as working in Customer Service is a requirement.

- Ability to type efficiently
