Duties and responsibilities
Daily duties including, but not limited to: entering orders, follow up with production on orders, attend production meetings, update sales representatives and customers on order status, tracking deliveries. Communicate with customers in a professional & effective manner to identify and assess needs to achieve customer satisfaction. Ability and willingness to learn our technical product line to be the subject-matter expert and make recommendations to our clients Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Provide day-to-day support to our sales team. Manage multiple objectives and tasks simultaneously, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities as set forth by planning. Work well in a team environment and have the ability to communicate needs and objectives with all team members in order to strategize together to meet deadlines. This Position Requires:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including strong Excel skills Strong communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to multi-task Ability to work on site Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 at our Langley, BC manufacturing facility Must have experience in a prior (B2B) Business to Business Customer Service Role. Legally able to work in Canada Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
