MUST HAVE LUXURY DECOR EXPERIENCE


International luxury product company is seeking a West Coast Regional Manager to drive sales in California. This fantastic position is responsible for driving sales growth in the West Coast region both in custom projects for the Interior Design trade business as well as its new standard and inventory products business through retail, on-line and to the trade channels. Experience in the world of branded, premium furnishings is preferred, while a strong work ethic, the capacity to learn quickly, an analytical and numerate mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential.


The right candidate will be comfortable in a small but complex and fast-moving environment, be comfortable with strategic development and deployment, managing change, entering new markets, and building relationships and market share across the Interior Design, High-end Corporate, Luxury Hospitality, and UHNI communities. This position can be based in Los Angeles or San Francisco.

Be willing to undertake a considerable amount of business travel.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Achieve and exceed regions monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin goals.

  • Develop sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration within region.

  • Participate in annual sales strategy development and planning.

  • Lead and drive the companys entry and growth into the retail environment

  • Develop annual sales goals for sales representatives and distributors.

  • Manage and control regional expenses at or below budgeted levels.

  • Develop and implement action plans for each member of the regional team through frequent meetings with customers and traveling with sales representatives.
