1 YEAR + CONTRACT - ON SITE in RI (Local Candidates Only)

• 2+ years of professional experience or mix of internships, co-ops, etc.


• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience


• Great customer service and end user empathy


• Technical proficiency with a variety of software, hardware and applications


• Experience using ticketing system to track incidents


• Broad range of network and desktop knowledge


• Ability to give verbal instruction patiently to non-technical users

Technologies Include:

• Familiarity with Service Now, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Remote Assist


• Windows Server 2003/2008, Microsoft Office 2003/2010, Microsoft Explorer 7-10


• Microsoft Windows XP/Win7, 8, Linux
