Director of Sales Location: US-CA-SAN DIEGO - 92154 Email Job

Candidate will lead all sales activities for related paper sales and related services. In collaboration with management, identify the potential opportunities and define target projects and price levels. Develop and maintain close and direct relationship at all levels of customer (existing and prospective) to identify any sales opportunities. Regularly follow-up with customers to establish and prioritize project lists and identify resource and R&D requirements. Communicate customer needs to the internal team in order to define the best sales strategy. Coordinate responses to properly address the customer inquiries and requirements. Coordinate the on-time preparation of proposal that meets or exceeds customer expectations and get the necessary internal approval before official transmittal to the customer. Increase market share and customer portfolio and expand products and services offering. Generate, maintain, and report on sales forecasts and estimates, sales department P&L, and upcoming production capacity requirements. Direct contract negotiation with customers by communicating with customers regarding terms of commercial contracts and technical specification process for pulp and paper, or its equipment sales. Participate in and spearhead marketing activities such as product launches, trade fairs, and customer seminars, and user groups. Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales activities.
