Chief Compliance Officer

Institute of Clinical Excellence, Inc (“ICE”) has one position open for Chief Compliance Officer (Grand Blanc, MI).
Duties:
• Entails monthly meetings with ICE’s administration team to review lead faculty competence across all divisions;
• Examines course reviews and makes specific recommendations to assist in training faculty in both online and live formats to increase value of product, customer satisfaction, and streamline course delivery;
• Directly engages faculty members to explain and implement action plan;
• Review on a semi-annual basis the existing ICE online and live course structure for efficiency through examining how ICE's current learning platforms in the online environment are serving both student and faculty member;
• Works with ICE’s chief operations officer to examine ICE’s contracts and operations for live courses to ensure they are up to date with changing landscape of on-site content delivery considering unique requirements of each division;
• Teach physical therapy students or those in other health professions; Conduct or support research and apply research findings to practice; and
• Provide educational information about physical therapy or physical therapists, injury prevention, ergonomics, or ways to promote health.

Travel: Will travel all over the U.S. to deliver seminars for Physical therapists and other health professionals.
• Geographic location: Extensive travel will be required both nationally and internationally.
• Frequency of travel: Approximately 20 travels per year, with each of them being 3-4 days, to conduct and observe the employer's course deliver both within the United States and Internationally.

Requirements:
• PhD, DSc, or DeD in Physical Therapy;
• 5 years of relevant clinic and research experience in Physical Therapy;
• Physical Therapy License in any country;
• Modern Management of the Older Adult Certification (Cert-MMOA);
• Movement proficiency to enable demonstration of all relevant Olympic weightlifting techniques;
• Proficiency in graphic/project design utilizing Canva (project development and marketing media); and
• Proficiency in website creation/maintenance.

Full time.
Salary $105,730 per year.
