Furniture.com America LLC seeks a Senior Product Manager (Atlanta, GA).

Duties: Create and monitor strategic metrics to support assessment of progress and provide velocity reporting; conduct extensive market research and define measurable objectives to gain market share, maximize profitability, and increase customer satisfaction through customer-centered digital experiences; set critical customer, product, and business KPIs; regularly track them and analyze them over time; monitor product-related metrics and pivot as necessary to realize intended value; translate business requirements and user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of leadership; facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as sprint demos; build and maintain sprint backlog for areas of responsibility; work with the design and engineering teams to develop and implement features; lead scrum meetings with the development team; stay abreast of research and market analysis; meet with third party vendors, and maintain knowledge of business domain, industry innovations, technology platforms, and product management best practices.

Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in product management. The position also requires each of the following non-quantified skills/experiences: building and managing product roadmaps; ASANA, AHA, or similar product management tool; market analysis; user research; FIGMA; data analysis; pivot tables and complex formulas in Microsoft Excel; CMS and search platforms. This position is hybrid remote; may work remotely 1 day per week. Position requires up to five percent U.S. domestic travel.
