Define and design business processes for DENSO's financial planning and reporting systems across North American affiliates. Support the corporate financial and planning team’s design, deployment and integration of the reporting system with existing applications, systems, and platforms. Integrate corporate business with IT strategy to determine how corporate standard accounting processes and systems should be adopted, and to support business calculation script development within financial applications. Work closely with business end-users to identify financial reporting functionality, requirements and associated best practices for implementation. Partner with end users to develop new Hyperion cubes and EPM planning functions. Investigate and resolve EPM/Hyperion issues for end users. Assist with the loading of financial data and mapping source documents into the systems. Design and develop training for Hyperion/EPM implementation, for non-technical finance personnel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor – Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study; will accept equivalent foreign degree.
Experience: Five (5) years in the position above, as a Financial Analyst, or in a related Hyperion financial planning role.
Experience must include at least three (3) years with each of the following:
1. Using FP&A process, including bottom-up planning, scenario modeling, allocations, account reconciliations, currency adjustments, and topside adjustments.
2. Using Hyperion administration and development of Hyperion systems, with management of metadata and process-related information, in a single, central system.
3. Identification of all business requirements, design of workflow and process capabilities, building system solutions, testing system solutions, and successful implementation and production maintenance post-launch.
4. Financial report design using Smartview to integrate ERP, EPM, and Business Intelligence directly from data sources, to meet both internal and external reporting demands.
