We are seeking an experienced SAP Native HANA Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP HANA solutions. This role requires deep expertise in SAP HANA modeling, SQL scripting, and performance optimization, as well as experience in integrating HANA with various SAP and non-SAP systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Design and develop complex data models in SAP HANA using Attribute Views, Analytic Views, Calculation Views, and CDS views. Create and optimize SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions in HANA to meet complex business requirements. Develop HANA XS Classic and XS Advanced applications, including creating OData services and web-based user interfaces. Data Integration: Integrate SAP HANA with SAP BW, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other external systems using SLT, SDI, and SDA. Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into SAP HANA from various source systems. Utilize SAP Data Services, SAP Data Intelligence, and other tools for data integration and migration. Performance Optimization: Perform performance tuning of SAP HANA models and SQL queries to ensure optimal performance. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Implement best practices for memory management, indexing, and partitioning within SAP HANA. System Administration and Security: Manage SAP HANA environments, including installation, configuration, and upgrades. Implement security best practices, including user roles, privileges, and encryption. Conduct regular system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery planning. Project Management and Collaboration: Lead or participate in SAP HANA projects, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-go-live support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work closely with SAP Basis, SAP BW, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of HANA solutions. Documentation and Training: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including data models, process flows, and system configurations. Provide training and support to business users and other team members on SAP HANA best practices and usage. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and workshops to enhance the teams SAP HANA capabilities. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP HANA, with a focus on Native HANA development. In-depth experience with HANA data modeling, SQL scripting, and HANA XS (Extended Services Strong experience in integrating SAP HANA with SAP and non-SAP systems. Proven track record of performance tuning and optimizing SAP HANA models and queries. Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP HANA Studio, SAP HANA Web IDE, and SAP HANA Cockpit. Proficiency in SQL, SQLScript, and advanced HANA modeling techniques. Familiarity with SAP SLT, SDI, SDA, and other data provisioning tools. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP ECC is a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms like SAP HANA Cloud, AWS, or Azure is an advantage. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: SAP HANA certification. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics within SAP HANA. Technical Expertise 1.
