Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work locationKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills:CICS, Z/OS MQ COBOL/Assembler/Assembly Language 5+ years of experience in the support of mainframe infrastructure software products: CICS Transaction Server, CICSPlex Systems Manager and MQ for z/OS in a large-scale mainframe environment 2+ years of experience with COBOL, Assembler, and/or other programming languages Working knowledge of the capabilities and use of CICS TS and installation and tailoring of CICS TS and related products Working knowledge of products used to monitor performance of CICS TS regions and MQ for z/OS Solid analytical and problem resolution skills Experience with mainframe software installation, support, and lifecycle management Skillset with SMPE, TSO, Unix System Services, VSAM, DB2 Experience with dump analysis and abend root cause determination Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity support Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills with peers and senior management Highly proficient in diagnosing and debugging application issues and performing problem resolution Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience Knowledge of z/OS Connect EE Knowledge of IBM WebSphere and CICS Transaction Gateway.
