Salary: $45,000 - 65,000/year, depending on experience and performance. Health benefits are provided and monthly bonus is paid based off of performance and profit.

5 days/week for a total of approx. 40 hours.
Start at 5:30 AM and finish at around 2:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive incoming seafood shipments via forklift, verifying accuracy and quality while adhering to safety standards.
Transfer received products to designated cooler/storage areas, ensuring proper organization and rotation based on FIFO principles.
Efficiently pick and manage outgoing fresh seafood orders for processing and shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
Repack, weigh, and oversee any orders that require such handling when necessary. Report quality variances.
Assist in conducting physical inventory counts as required.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly facility.
Participates in a culture where customer service and quality is the #1 priority and complies with all regulatory and company safety requirements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS

Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
Able to operate a standing forklift
Great attention to detail
Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to health, work and food safety in the workplace.
Takes initiative, is proactive in their work, and results-oriented.
