Responsibilities:
Update and maintain client document management databases, including managing document production processes
Draft routine legal documents for attorney review and use, including compiling and preparing draft discovery responses
Categorize and interpret data; review and analyze documents, responses, and records produced by opposing counsel
Coordinate and handle requests between multiple parties involved
Handle time entry and client billing
Use document review databases and platforms (Relativity and CaseMap preferred)
Prepare for trials and depositions
Bluebook citation
Conduct Westlaw research
Proficient in electronic filing in state and federal courts
Attend trials preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Paralegal with litigation experience
