Position Summary:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. This role requires previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Position Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and develop strategic opportunities that align with company goals.
Deliver effective presentations at the executive level to gain customer engagement.
Proactively research new customer and project opportunities, identifying decision-makers within prospects.
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of client business needs and offer appropriate business solutions.
Partner with internal resources to execute targeted deliverables in a timely manner.
Provide extraordinary customer service throughout the sales process.

Abilities and Skills:

Cold calling and emailing.
Product knowledge.
Sales presentations.
Market research and data analysis.
Project management.
Business communications.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
Flexibility and adaptability.

Experience:

3+ years experience in sales, preferably in the printing industry.
Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
Experience with quoting and estimating in print, fulfillment, BPO environments.
Understanding value-based selling from creative through commercial, digital printing, and fulfillment solutions.
Experience with CRM software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Education:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Other Requirements:

Valid Drivers License.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must possess proficiency in developing new business.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $95,000 base salary plus commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
