We are recruiting Team Leaders to join our client's dedicated team, supporting the care and development of children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Implement care plans and monitor progress.
Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for children in care.
Requirements:
Experience in a leadership role within residential childcare or similar settings.
Knowledge of EBD and strategies for effective care.
Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
