Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of Tele Caller Executive with DCS Group. As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to start their career in the educational and career consulting industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence customers
• Good knowledge of the educational and career consulting industry
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Generate leads and follow-up with potential customers
• Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly
• Achieve monthly targets for customer acquisition and revenue generation
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
