SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Regional Maintenance Operations Director for its client in Naperville, IL(link removed) The person will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities across multiple facilities in North America. In this role, the ideal candidate will focus on maintaining asset reliability, implementing continuous improvement practices, and developing long-term maintenance strategies. Relocation available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure the reliability of equipment across all sites.


• Develop and implement asset care and total productive maintenance (TPM) strategies.


• Review and analyze asset performance, addressing risks to improve efficiency.


• Conduct maintenance reviews and lead collaboration meetings to track performance metrics.


• Manage multiple reliability improvement projects while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.


• Coach and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Advanced degrees or Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.


• Consumer products, food or chemical experience required.


• 8+ years of leadership experience in maintenance, ideally at the director level.


• Multi-plant management, and familiarity with automation in process and packaging equipment, is required.


• Experience in project management within the food processing or high-speed packaging sectors is essential.


• Strong track record of developing and retaining effective maintenance teams.


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, CAD, and SAP.
