FQHC in San Francisco Seeking FP/IM Physician

An FQHC in San Francisco, CA is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to provide high-quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
• Immediate start for a 3-6 month assignment
  
  
  
  • No nights, no weekends
  
  

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient clinic serving adult patients (18+)
  
  
  
  • Average patient volume is 2 patients per hour
  • Strong support from Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventative health education and chronic disease management (asthma, diabetes, heart disease, HIV/Hep C, hypertension, obesity)
