• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiently and compliance to company policies.
• Maintain and organize office files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information,
• Strong ability to take initiative, create work priorities, and make sure that the deadlines are met,
• Ability to maintain professionalism and cordiality when working with others
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Handling customer queries and escalating serious complaints to the management,
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Respond to queries and issues arising from the operation
• Complying to transportation regulations and company policies.
