ASSOCIATE COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

Our client, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Salt Lake City or Park City(link removed)>


Candidate Profile:



  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

  • Utah Bar Admission required.

  • 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation within a law firm setting.

  • Proficiency in managing case work-up and trial preparation, including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and making court appearances(link removed)>
  • Superb writing and communication skills.

  • Ambition, drive and team-orientation to support and grow our national practice.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and support litigation matters across various stages, from case work-up to trial preparation.

  • Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators in a dynamic and challenging environment.

  • Engage directly with clients and contribute to case strategy and execution.
