Mandatory Skills: Minimum 8 years of experience in performing the essential functions, including experience with USAS and CAPPS Financials systems. Expert understanding of state financial processes, accounting structure, and standards. Strong experience in documenting, analyzing, and making recommendations that improve the efficiency of business processes. Ability to quickly and clearly communicate technical information to non-technical persons.
