Sr. Desktop Technician / IT Asset Management (Onsite)

We have an immediate need for a contract Sr. Desktop Technician / IT Asset Management to join a recognized leader in senior care.  

Location: Long Beach, CA (Onsite)

This job expects to pay about $24 - 28 per hour plus benefits.

What You Will Do:

• Image computers (PXE boot with SCCM imaging).
• Ship equipment, e.g. laptops and monitors, to new hires.
• Validate functionality of computers for possible use.
• Deploy onsite equipment.
• Provide light desktop support.
• Replace printer toner.
• Troubleshoot equipment.
• Provide end user support.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Must have: PXE Boot with SCCM, IT asset management, and desktop support experience.
• Experience with equipment refresh and data transfer.
• Experience working in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with imaging computers.
• Experience with troubleshooting equipment.
• Experience with video conferencing is a plus.
• Ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
• Eager to learn and grow.
• Has good attention to detail and good work ethic.
• Punctuality and reliability.
