Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Finderbro. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our recruitment services to potential clients in the Jaipur, Rajasthan, India area. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of the Jaipur, Rajasthan, India market
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage client interactions and sales pipeline
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by actively prospecting and qualifying potential clients in the Jaipur, Rajasthan, India area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment requirements and providing suitable solutions
• Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our recruitment services to potential clients
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the sales process and improve client satisfaction
