Temp Admin/HR Assistant needs 2+ years’ experience
Temp HR Assistant requires:
• Ability to handle large amounts of HR files (personnel files, payroll, pension)
• Records/files management.
• Administrative assistant role managing files and updating information in spreadsheets and not necessarily in HR.
• Attention to detail, it is required to enter information to our data base.
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Proficiency in MS Office suit
• Requires to lift and move around boxes containing documents..
Temp HR Assistant duties:
• Review a large amount of HR files to determine if they can be destroyed or retained per our policy retention policy.
• Document HR files completing our internal trackers (Excel spreadsheets
• Organize files to be shipped to external vendor for scanning or destruction.
