Temp Admin/HR Assistant needs 2+ years experience
Temp HR Assistant requires:
Ability to handle large amounts of HR files (personnel files, payroll, pension)
Records/files management.
Administrative assistant role managing files and updating information in spreadsheets and not necessarily in HR.
Attention to detail, it is required to enter information to our data base.
Teamwork and collaboration
Proficiency in MS Office suit
Requires to lift and move around boxes containing documents..
Temp HR Assistant duties:
Review a large amount of HR files to determine if they can be destroyed or retained per our policy retention policy.
Document HR files completing our internal trackers (Excel spreadsheets
Organize files to be shipped to external vendor for scanning or destruction.
