JD:Product Manager - in Zuora with E-Commerce backgroundExperience as a Product Manager or a Business process analyst or related positions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, System engineering).Experience in Zuora Billing, Zuora Subscription to support day-to-day queries and analysis from business, finance and other stakeholders.Good understanding of the Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, Workflow and APIs.Understand Payments Methods like Credit Card, Alternate Payment Methods, ACH, Direct Debit etc. Understand Payment Gateways, Country Specific requirements, Refund, Chargeback, Cancellation etc.Able to understand business requirements specially Product Led Growth, E-Commerce Purchase etc. Work on RevPro to support Finance Business Transformation Team (business process - AR centric)Strong functional & technical familiarity of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, with experience delivering major business transformation initiatives. (SaaS Platform)Define & drive product strategy and roadmap.
