Job Description:

Shifts: Morning, Afternoon & Night

Location: Mississauga, ON

Hourly Wage: $18 per hour + Sign-On Bonus + Room For Advacement

Experience: Must have a previous experience as a Line Leader in Food Company

Are you ready to lead a team and be the driving force behind meeting production requirements and quality standards? We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Line Lead to join our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and arrange for manpower requirements prior to the shift.

2. Identify temporary labor requirements and coordinate with the Supervisor to make arrangements.

3. Organize breaks in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.

4. Monitor individual performance and provide mentorship when needed, acting as a trainer.

5. Assign different tasks to team members to ensure maximum resource utilization.

6. Act as a backup to the supervisor and support them in day-to-day tasks.

7. Complete and submit the required paperwork for the shift.

8. Take responsibility for the team members' performance and the overall performance of the assigned line.

9. Provide regular feedback to team members on their performance and recommend disciplinary action or improvements as needed.

10. Ensure employees correctly punch in and out during their shifts.

11. Ensure adherence to GMP, Quality, and Health and Safety standards at all times.

12. Adhere to all company policies, including GMP, Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and more.

13. Perform other related duties as assigned.
