Process accounts payable invoices for approval and per diem requests
Generate billings and ensure receivables are correctly processed
Address and correct discrepancies in accounts or billings
Process all aspects of payroll
Assist the Director of Finance and Accounting with financial reviews, audits, and completion of month-end and year-end closings
Associates degree in accounting or a combination of education and experience
Knowledge of accounting software and experience with Unanet required
