Position: Sr. Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Onsite Chennai One Building
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred or Candidates with a Maximum of 2 Weeks Notice Period

Sr. Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance our platform to meet client needs, working closely with stakeholders, senior engineers, and the Product team.
Architect and build scalable technology solutions.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
Engage in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices.
Tech Stack:

Backend: Java (JDK 17+), Spring Boot, Microservices
Frontend: Angular 2+ (Angular 11+ preferred), JavaScript, CSS, HTML
Database: Postgres/Oracle
Messaging Queue: IBM MQ/Kafka
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design.
Strong experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Angular.
Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of Microservices architecture and related design patterns.
Domain knowledge in Securities or Financial Services is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate within a scrum team focused on service delivery and system interoperability.
Consult with other technologists to leverage and contribute to reusable code and services.
Develop expertise in one or more functional areas.
Lead the design of scalable, high-performing applications and participate in design/code reviews.
Help shape best practices for developing, sharing, and continuously improving our software platform.
