Siding Installers

Global Installation Ltd., located in Kelowna, BC is looking to hire 2 Siding Installers. The candidates will perform the following duties:

• Read blueprints, sketches and work orders to determine the layout and installation of the siding mainly outside the building as protection from the weather and as part of the project finishes installation.

• Use power and hand tools to measure, cut to size and install the siding material which can be vinyl, metal, stucco, or wood.

• Ensure the siding is installed per the manufacturer's instructions and the project specifications, depending on the installed material.

• Unload materials, tools and equipment and place them at the different work locations.


Skills Requirement and Experience:

• Some secondary school is an asset

• Training will be provided to the right candidate

• Several months of related work experience is required

• Ability to walk stands, crouch for long periods and carry out strenuous physical tasks

• Requires lifting, pulling and carrying of equipment and other materials throughout the site


Wages: $ 29.00/hr for 40 hrs per week.

Work setting: Kelowna BC, and the surrounding areas. We are located at 1325 Ray Road Kelowna, BC V1X 7K4
