Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS): posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, forwarding resumes and maintaining candidate activity. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have a recent experience of a sourcer who is going to play a headhunter rolenbsp; Must have Utility or Energy/gas Industry experience Must have experience in handling 30 -40 requisitions which mainly including hiring Business Development roles ICIMS experience a huge plus Bachelor39;s degree or equivalent experience in business related field or Human Resources discipline, 5-7 years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
