Opportunity for training classes and certifications. Job Description: · Install, and change-out of residential air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems. · Plan and perform an installation to the requirements of local code with the expectation that each job passes final mechanical on the first time. · Communicate with customers while on site and provide them an outstanding install experience. · Ensure jobs are properly staged and complete and sign off on installation checklists. · Ability to use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, and power tools. · Ability to work independently, or part of a team, to identify and resolve problems in the field. · Must be honest, dependable with high integrity and represent a professional company image. · Categorize and organize inventory to maximize operational efficiency. · Explain the benefits of maintenance contracts to current customers to ensure products last longer. Perform preventative maintenances to protect the customers investment. Job Skills & Qualifications Required: · 2 + years of HVAC install experience · Current driver’s license and good driving record · EPA Certification · Pass drug test and background check · Have own tools · Advanced understanding of layout, design, fabrication and installation · Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings · Start up and trouble shoot furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensing units · Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagrams · Excellent customer relations skills and an open mind to think outside of the box · Ability to train entry level personal Benefits:
