Warehouse associate responsibilities include: picking and packing daily orders, special order handling, receiving and putaway of container shipments upon arrival. Other general warehouse duties are also required to ensure the orderliness of the warehouse and operation. The job will involve the lifting, carrying, and pulling of orders and carts. Order selection is predominantly light duty, but the performance of some tasks such as receiving, putaway and packing may require you to lift 50 lbs. of product. Because you will be on your feet all day, comfortable shoes are advised.

Prior warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not required. Training will be provided upon hire.

Responsibilities

Picking and packing outbound orders
Use of RF device and computers to process work
Special order handling, including inspection, verification of quality and quantity of product being shipped, removing clothing items from pre-sealed polybags, hanging clothing on product specific hangers, and retagging product to individual store specifications
Receiving and putaway of container shipments upon arrival
Being able to work independently on certain tasks, as well as part of a team
Perform other warehouse duties as required or needed
Qualifications/Attributes

A High School diploma or equivalent GED
Work and stand for extended periods of time
High attention to detail
Use of basic math
Ability to coordinate, collaborate, and communicate in a team-based environment
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual
Ability to learn, take direction, and complete tasks as assigned
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. at times
Assembly and kitting experience are a plus
Warehouse, picking and packing experience is a plus
Knowledge of RF scanner and other technological devices is a plus
