Job Description:

Handling and supporting the full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e from sourcing job, applying to the position for the candidate, talking to vendors, clients, etc, getting submittal, rate negotiation, confirmations, interview setup and scheduling coordination, and until placement and paperwork for candidate.

Mapping the resumes against the requirement and match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.

Applying the Jobs injob portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn etc and other networking methods and marketing of candidates on bench via requirements received in email, dice, techfetch, etc.

Negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants at best deals.Should be an excellent negotiator and aggressive in getting the submittals by calling and following up and emailing the vendors and clients.

Regular interaction and follow up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly and quickly.

Responsible for editing, Updating, and formatting of resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.

Building up new business contacts and develop new market segments.

Other activities may be assigned and/or required as part of above activities.

Must be willing to work in night shift. This is a night-shift position (Indian Standard Time 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)(US Central Time Working hours 8AM to 5PM CST)

Applicant should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good team player and result driven.

Should be smart enough in understanding the skill, will and stability concerns of a candidate who is applying for a job.

Onsite Job and No work from home/No remote option.

Completed Graduation. No Plans To study or other job Area.

No Older than 35 Years.

Some training will be provided, but candidate must be aggressive in sales, have a go-getter and can-do attitude and able to learn on own and continuously improve.

Salary:Depends on Candidate Interview

For Fresher and Experienced in related field (0-1 yr+): INR 15,000-17000(Plus Incentive)

Experienced in related field(2-3 years): INR 18,000-25,000 (Plus Incentive)
