Maintain good relationship with SVIP users. Analyze and understand users preference and promote them with suitable strategy/events to boost recharge Follow up SVIP users inquiries and provide good service to solve issues in app. Increase user engagement and their monthly recharge amount Look on competitive apps events/policies and recruit spenders from other apps Maintain a database with up-to-date SVIP users information. Do regular data analysis of their recharge and create follow up strategy Requirements Familiar with live streaming app. Have good connections with spenders. Previous working experience in live streaming app is preferable Good service mindset to create customer engagement Good at data operation, such as Excel and Google Spreadsheet Self-motivated, highly-responsible. Good analytical thinking and communication skills
