Key Responsibilities:
1.According to the company's business strategy, be responsible for the development and maintenance of distributors and channels in Spain market; formulate corresponding sales plans and complete sales targets; 2.Based on the current situation of the Spanish market, cooperate with the headquarters to formulate product, pricing, channel and marketing strategies for the Spain offline market; regularly follow up on the implementation and review of the strategy; 3.Regularly maintain distributors and channel relationships, assist distributors in developing and maintaining channels relationships, improve clients satisfaction, and increase channel brand exposure and proportion; 4.Pay attention to market demand, understand industry competitive product dynamics and market trend information, and formulate more localized brand promotion strategies.
Job Requirements 1.More than 5 years of experience in brand development of consumer electronics/IT products; 2.Be familiar with the consumer electronics industry in Spain market, have experience in successful cooperation with major local distributors and channels; 3.Keen market insight and experience in products, channels, customer management, and sales; those with successful brand operation experience will be priority; 4.Have mature market analysis capabilities, customer management, marketing planning capabilities, and decision-making judgment; 5.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish; 6.Sincere and dedicated, proactive, good at communication, strong problem-solving ability, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
