Senior Quality Engineer

STRATTEC Security Corp is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for its Milwaukee, WI, HQ. Will be resp for providing engrg support to help champion, coord and continuously imp all mfg and prod quality sys at STRATTEC with focus on leading root cause and corrective action std, scrap reductions, and implantation of quality sys to drive KPI impv of scrap, labor, perf, and variation reduction in STRATTEC’s die cast mfg ops. Req: Bachelor’s in Auto, Mech, or Indstrl Engrg, plus 3 yrs of supv or mgt exp in the Tier 1 auto part and compt supplier indus where exp incl providing guid to prod or quality engrg during the dev of mech prods as well as leadership towards the achievement of prod engrg goals and deliverables.
