National Operations Manager needed in Thermal Imaging unit for leading designer, developer, and manufacturer of portable testing and measurement solutions. The Country Operations Manager is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the unit.

Responsibilities include tracking performance, identifying areas for improvement, developing, and implementing sales objectives, building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading and mentoring a team of professionals.

The Country Operations Manager will be needed onsite in Sparta, NJ, a minimum of 2 days each week. This is a full-time permanent employment opportunity with outstanding benefits.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.


• Results-oriented individual with proven leadership skills and ability to build strong teams.


• Proficiency in managing a business unit in the food and pharma industry.


• 5 years of experience in direct sales of infrared thermography to industrial and power generation customers, and research and development organizations.
