Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.

Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to Measures of Success:

Achievement of business plan&GPA

Recruitment/Development &Activationof agent as per plan.

Number of EC/MDRT agent

Reporting To Sr. Associate Partner Mgt/ Partner

Qualification - Any Graduate

Experience - 2 -3 years

CTC: 4 LPA to 5LPA
