SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a manufacturing plant in State College, PA. This person will oversee a team on the day shift, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and leading various projects to improve plant operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of 30-50 maintenance personnel on the day shift, ensuring a high level of performance and morale.


• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment in the plant, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.


• Manage and lead various maintenance projects aimed at improving plant efficiency and safety.


• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.


• Provide advanced troubleshooting support to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.


• Be available to provide on-call support as needed to address urgent maintenance issues outside of regular working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's degree in a relevant field.


• Industrial maintenance experience in consumer products or high-speed manufacturing.


• Supervisory or people management experience.


• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance practices.


• Willingness to be on call for maintenance emergencies.
