Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s long-term goals.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
Financial Management:

Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure.

Education and Experience:

Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are a plus.
Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in financial management, with a proven track record in a senior financial role.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in financial management software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, financial modeling tools).
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
