We appreciate your efforts in sourcing candidates, but weve noticed a recurring issue with the submissions we've received so far. Many candidates lack the specific qualifications and industry experience that are essential for this role.
What Were Seeing:
Misaligned Industry Experience:Weve been receiving candidates with backgrounds in industries like food production, construction, and general manufacturing, which do not align with the specialized needs of our building materials sector.
Lack of Specialized Certifications:While many candidates have OSHA certifications, we need those with more specialized qualifications relevant to hazardous materials management and environmental compliance specific to building materials.
General EHS Backgrounds:Candidates often have broad safety experience but lack the focused expertise in industrial safety protocols, environmental programs, and hazardous materials management required for this role.
What We Need:
Relevant Industry Experience:Candidates should have significant EHS management experience within the building materials sector or closely related industries. Experience in other sectors will not be sufficient unless it directly translates to the specific safety and environmental challenges we face.
Specialized Certifications:We require candidates with certifications and deep knowledge in OSHA compliance specific to building materials, hazardous materials management, and environmental safety programs.
Focused EHS Expertise:Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in managing environmental compliance, hazardous materials, and industrial safety within a manufacturing context, particularly in sectors closely related to ours.
Please adjust your search to focus on candidates who meet these specific criteria. We value your partnership and hope this additional context will help in identifying the right candidates.
