Role & Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Stockroom Supervisor along with the Stockroom Coordinator(s) and Packaging Clerk(s).
Maintains accurate stock balances, issues and receives parts, verifies cycle counts and error reconciliations in any and all stockrooms.
The incumbent is fully versed in and has knowledge of all transaction screens required to perform: verifications, corrections, kit issues, shop floor issues, shortages, receipts from the shop, receipt from Receiving Inspection, returns to stock, inter-stock transfers and spares shipments.
This demands that the stock clerk constantly be aware of the lot numbers that are being requested.
May on a daily basis be asked to interface with Program Analysts, Engineers, Dispatch Personnel, Model Shop Expediters, Receiving Inspection Personnel, and Assembly and Test Personnel.
They will also train any new employees and may be asked to work in different stockrooms as workload necessitates.
