We are an Outpatient Family Medicine Practice.

We treat patients of all ages!

Full Time or Part Time Available
We are open: Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm
No Nights or Weekends

Compensation:
$110K - $150K Per Year + Benefits

Requirements:
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
New York Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License.
We prefer at least 1 year of experience.
New Grads are welcomed!
