• Answer written and oral inquiries
• Monitors and reviews the impact of marketing activities and recommends changes as appropriate.
• Responds to standard inquiries and provides information regarding department operations, policies and procedures.
• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services,
• Performs other duties as assigned.
