SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Senior EHS Specialist for its client in Midland, TX(link removed) The person will be responsible for managing safety programs, supporting certifications, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Relocation is available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead EHS efforts for local operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.


• Identify, assess, and mitigate safety, health, and environmental risks in the workplace.


• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.


• Develop and deliver EHS training to meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals.


• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in health, safety, environment, or related field is required.


• 3+ years of experience in EHS role is preferred.


• Experience in the oil & gas sector is required.


• Willingness to travel up to 15%.


• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making skills.


• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
